ABOUT me

I quit the agency grind to engineer icons nobody else bothered to get right.

Based in Morocco · Working with clients in the US, UK, and EU since 2018

For years I was running on survival mode inside Rabat's agency scene , juggling client management, fixing pre-press bleeds, churning out rushed flyers at midnight for bosses who treated design like a fast-food order. Five hats, zero respect for the craft.
I was good at a lot of things, which meant nobody valued me being exceptional at any one thing.

The turning point

The switch happened the day I downloaded a so-called "premium" icon set for a client project. Misaligned anchors. Broken grids. Sloppy line weights that nobody had bothered to mathematically verify. It should have been a small frustration. Instead it was clarity.

I could build this ten times better. And I knew global clients , the ones building real SaaS products and caring about visual precision , would pay for that. Local agencies would always see me as a cheap generalist. So I stopped competing for that.

What I do now

I've spent 7 years since then doing one thing: engineering icon sets and logos that hold up under scrutiny. Not decorative. Not rushed. Every anchor point placed deliberately, every stroke weight consistent across the full set, every file delivered clean and ready to implement.300+ clients later , from solo founders in the US to dev teams in Europe , the work speaks for itself.

What makes this different

Most icon designers are generalists who landed on icons by accident. I made a deliberate choice to go deep on one craft after seeing how low the technical bar actually was in the market. That's still true today. The difference shows in the files.
